3. We have considered 1 x 33 Seater coach for all tours and transfers
4. Vehicle used in the above quote for this group is based on all clients arriving together and departing together as a single group in the same flight. In case the group arrives/departs by more than 01 flight wherein additional transfers are required, we would then require to arrange extra coaches for their arrival/departure transfers at a supplement cost.
5. Hotels may charge a refundable deposit amount at the time of check in which the guests need to pay from their end. In case guests test positive during their stay in UAE, hotel will utilize the deposit amount as room disinfection charge, which will then become non-refundable and guests have to pay for it.
6. The guests need to pay from their end for room disinfection charge, if tested positive during the stay.
7. Depending on each hotels policy, at the time of check in at the hotel, there could be mandatory - refundable - deposits by the hotel reception to cover incidental expenses or to cover any damages that might have caused to the room while the guests are in-house. These deposits will differ from hotel to hotel and guests should be aware that such deposits are there and should deposit the same directly at the reception at the time of check in (this can be a cash deposit or a credit card block), and the hotel will refund the same at the time of check out.
