Minimum 15 pax required for the commencement of tour otherwise the tour will be cancelled and money shall be returned after deducting the railway cancellation charges.
Alcoholic Drinks prohibited during the journey.
Passengers should carry their Identity Cards or relevant papers mentioning their personal Bio-data.
LINK INDIA TOURS & TRAVELS will not undertake any liability towards any loss / damage of life / property / any other belongings, whatsoever of the tourists, caused by an accident / theft / robberies or any other un-towards happenings of any nature in course of the tour.
Accompanying baggage should be light and easy to carry, not exceeding 15 kg. in case of an adult and 10 kg. in case of a child.
While every effort would be made to maintain the itinerary, Natural calamities or other circumstantial pressure may force the authorities to make necessary changes. However, such changes would always be in the interest of the smooth conduction of the tour. In case of any natural calamities or circumstances beyond our control, the entire additional expenses incurred shall be bourne by guests.
The allotment of rooms & seats in bus would be on rotation basis or final decision shall be taken by the Tour Manager. No interference in this regard would be entertained.
Sick or in availed persons with contagious diseases or terminal cases will not be allowed in the tour.
The tourists are to report at ONE hour before the departure time of the train.

Booking Rules:

Minimum 50% to be deposited at the time of booking before 100 days of the departure of tour.
Balance 50% to be deposited 30 days before departure.

Mode of Payment:

Cash/Cheque/Credit Cards (Master/Visa) / Rupay Card / UPI / Gpay

Cancellation Rules:

Rs.3500/- per pax & train tickets cancellations charges as applicable before 30 days.
50% Cancellations charges of the full amount between 29 – 15 days.
75% Cancellations charges of the full amount between 15 – 7 days.
90% Cancellations charges of the full amount between 6 – 3 days.
100% Cancellations charges of the full amount between 2 – 0 days.
